If you have a DNS web hosting plan then you can do the following to add or change a DNS "TXT" record, or add or change an "A" or "CNAME" record.
You need to go to MyServices, and click on the active button to the right of the domain name. This gets you into the services update area, and in there there is a link that says "go to cpanel".
Within cpanel, there is a section for "Domains" and within there there is a "Zone Editor". Use this zone editor to update and add a txt record or other records. Changes take up to 72 hours to propagate through the Internet.
