Over the past few weeks we have had issues with our webserver and have isolated it to a bad network card. We replaced this and will be monitoring the server over the next while.
In the meantime we will be upgrading the webserver to a new one, and be using the DirectADMIN control panel system that will be integrated into our billing system.
This will give us more reliability, scalability, and also more ease of use for our customers.
